Temporary usufruct rights (50 years + an additional 25-year option) are held either by the Group for the weeks not yet sold among the 322 units offered for sale as timeshare, or by “owners,” some of whom (approximately one-third) have granted Nile, the operating company of Domina Coral Bay, the right to operate their property as part of the hotel business. In total, 846 units are either currently available for hotel operations or offered for sale as timeshare.
