Ernesto Preatoni acquires land to create Sharm El Sheikh's first tourist resort, Domina Coral Bay. The complex is located on 738,000 m2 of land and comprises seven 5-star hotels with a total 1,050 rooms.
1993
Ernesto Preatoni acquires and builds up a large property reserve by purchasing land in Estonia.
1996
Opening of Pro Kapital Business Center in Tallinn (Estonia). The first residential construction and renovation projects in Tallinn, Riga and Vilnius get under way.
1997
Opening of the Kristiine Keskus shopping centre in Tallinn (69,800 square meters).
1999
Takeover and renovation of a renowned, historic hotel complex, Hotel Zagarella, which becomes Domina Zagarella, in Santa Flavia, Sicily (Italy).
2007
Opening of Domina Milano Fiera.
2010
Construction begins on the Kristiine City residential area (Estonia).
Awarding of the Preatoni Tower project in the Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT) district of Dubai.
2014
End of the construction of the Preatoni Tower in JLT.
2018
Completion of 5 residences in Šaltinių Namai | Attico (Vilnius, Lithuania).
2019
Construction begins on phase 1 of Kalaranna District (Estonia).
2020
A new project, called Palazzo Preatoni, kicks off in Dubai for the construction of a tower with a marketable surface area of around 40,000 square meters.
