Patrick Werner

Patrick Werner is a graduate of the Institut d'Études Politiques (IEP) in Paris and former student of the Ecole Nationale d'Administration (ENA), and held a position of General Inspectorate of Finance in 1976. In 1980, he joined the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations as Head of Internal Audit. Patrick Werner later became a member of the Executive Board and CEO of C3D Group (Caisse des Dépôts Développement).

In 1991, he became Chief Executive Officer of the Victoire insurance group. From 1996 to 1998, he served as General Delegate and then Vice-Chairman of the Fédération Française des Sociétés d'Assurances (FFSA - French Federation of Insurance Companies). At the end of 1999, Patrick Werner joined La Poste group as Deputy CEO, tasked with creating La Banque Postale. Created on January 1, 2006, he became the Chairman of the Executive Board; under his leadership, the bank experienced significant growth based on the expansion of its activities.

He also became a member of the Executive Commission of the Fédération Bancaire Française (French Banking Federation) and Chairman of the Federation's Compliance Committee. Appointed CEO of Gras Savoye in 2011, he created ARUM Gestion Privée in 2014, an asset management advisory firm, and ARUM International. He joined PREATONI Group in June 2022 as Chairman of the Executive Board.

Patrick Giffaux

Patrick Giffaux is a graduate of Paris IX Dauphine University, with a specialisation in accounting and financial auditing.

He began his career in the Gendrot Group, Patrick Giffaux became a partner in 1989 when it joined the BDO Global international network and he subsequently co-directed this network.

At the end of 2006, the BDO International network entrusted him with the right to use the BDO brand in France, with the mission of building a multidisciplinary structure of sufficient size and reputation to become the 5th largest global audit and consulting network in France. In 2008, he founded BDO France alongside Michel Léger, former head of Arthur Andersen, and Vincent Baillot, Chairman of the Compagnie Nationale des Commissaires aux Comptes.

Appointed Executive Director then member of the Supervisory Board, Patrick Giffaux left BDO France in 2021 before joining PREATONI Group in June 2022.

Oscar Crameri

Oscar Crameri holds a degree in law. After initial experience in a tax and legal consultancy firm, he became Executive Member and Head of Legal Services and Compliance for an investment bank for four years, then Head of the Tax and Legal Departments of major auditing firms Arthur Andersen and Deloitte. He was also a member of the Board of Directors of the Fédération des Banques Raiffeisen in Ticino, Switzerland, Chairman of a local Raiffeisen bank, and a member and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Association of Notaries of the Canton of Ticino. In addition, he works as a lawyer in the Canton of Ticino, and is Chairman of the Board of Saarmas Family Office SA in Lugano, Switzerland.

Ernesto Preatoni

Founder and majority shareholder of the PREATONI Group, Ernesto Preatoni began his career in 1967 as a financial advisor to private investors. In 1971, he became Chairman of Italian Financial Advisors, an association set up to channel savings into targeted investments.

In the 1970s and 80s, he began working in the real estate sector (first in the United States, then in Italy), specialising in the building and sale of apartments and office buildings. By 1991, he had become one of the sector's leading entrepreneurs. In 1985, he shifted his focus to the banking sector and carried out his first major financial operation, the takeover of Bi-Invest. In 1987, he led the takeover of Banca Popolare di Lecco and, successively, Credito Bergamasco.

In the 1990s, he focused his activities on two geographical regions, namely Egypt and the Baltic States, leveraging their development opportunities. In Egypt, he created Domina Coral Bay in Sharm El Sheikh. He was also the first to grasp the major development opportunities to be seized in the Baltic States back in the 1990s. He is the Founder and current Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PREATONI Group.
