The Group's real estate development business consists in building and renovating residential and office buildings, and creating residential and commercial districts.

In the Baltic States, Ernesto Preatoni's forward thinking led him to acquire large tracts of land in Tallinn (Estonia), Riga (Latvia) and Vilnius (Lithuania) from 1995 onwards.
